Not as it stands. Since 27 September 2026 a generic environmental claim is a banned practice unless you can show recognised excellent environmental performance, which a label such as the EU Ecolabel gives (Directive 2024/825, UCPD Annex I, point 4a). Say what is true and specific instead, for example "Shipped in a recycled cardboard box", and keep the proof of it at hand.

Directive 2024/825 has applied since 27 September 2026

Since 27 September, generic green claims, offset based climate neutral claims and future pledges without a public plan are restricted on every page a shop publishes, including the pages published before the date.
