• Trading name: ECGT Ready^TM. The mark is used as an unregistered trademark pending a future filing. No registration claim is made.
• Registered seat: Mamer, Luxembourg. Full street address will be published once the SARL-S is registered.
• Country of establishment: Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Competent authorities

• Data protection: Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Donnees (CNPD), L-4361 Esch-sur-Alzette, cnpd.lu.
• Consumer protection: Direction de la protection des consommateurs (Ministere de la Protection des consommateurs).
• Online dispute resolution (B2C only): the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is available where applicable. Most ECGT Ready customers contract on a B2B basis and the ODR platform does not apply to them.

Court of jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the Luxembourg City courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of the use of the platform. Luxembourg substantive law governs.

Hosting and editorial responsibility

Editorial responsibility for the content published on ecgtready.eu rests with the operator above. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) on the EU edge, and database + authentication services are provided by Supabase Inc. in eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). See our subprocessor list.

Reporting illegal content

To report illegal or infringing content hosted on the platform, write to contact@ecgtready.eu. Include the URL, the legal ground, and your contact details. We follow a notice-and-action process described in our intellectual property policy.
