The audit

Your whole store checked page by page

The audit reads every page of your store against EU compliance. It shows where you are ready, cites the article on each point left and drafts what you can use instead, based on your labels and your internal policies. The report is in the platform, as a PDF and as a Word file, and once a fix is done you check it again from the finding.

The audit

The whole store

Reggie checks what you send it. The audit goes through your whole store for you.

  1. The audit builds the map of your store and reads every page on it, from the product and campaign pages to the legal ones.

  2. It reads the pages together, so a delivery time on a product page is checked against the one in your terms.

  3. It shows you where you are ready, family by family, tells you what to fix first and quotes the article from the law on each point.

  4. For each point it writes the wording you can use instead, in your own words and in line with your labels and your internal policies, and once the change is live it checks the page again.

Green claims

Your page says
"100 % eco friendly. Climate neutral shipping on every order."
Why
A generic environmental claim is a banned practice since 27 September 2026 unless you can show recognised excellent environmental performance, and a climate neutral claim that rests on offsetting is banned outright. The store holds no label for either.
Article
UCPD Annex I, points 4a and 4c (Directive 2024/825).
Wording to use instead
"Shipped in a cardboard box made of 90 % recycled fibre." Keep the supplier's certificate at hand.
