Not as it stands. Since 27 September 2026 a generic environmental claim is a banned practice unless you can show recognised excellent environmental performance, which a label such as the EU Ecolabel gives (Directive 2024/825, UCPD Annex I, point 4a). Say what is true and specific instead, for example "Shipped in a recycled cardboard box", and keep the proof of it at hand.

Two things to change. "Gentle on the environment" is a generic environmental claim (Directive 2024/825, UCPD Annex I, point 4a); with your GOTS label say "GOTS certified organic cotton" and show your licence number. The fibre composition must appear in the language of the country where the tee is sold (Regulation 1007/2011, Article 16). The rest of the label stands.

Two things to check. The 50 % must be counted on the lowest price you applied in the 30 days before the reduction, and that prior price must be shown (Directive 98/6/EC, Article 6a). "Today only" stands only if the offer really ends today, a false time limit is a banned practice (UCPD Annex I, point 7). If both hold, the banner is fine as it is.
